Hi, I’m JoeDan, owner of Hiteland Properties Handyman Services.

What started as a simple man-in-a-van handyman service quickly grew through trust and referrals. Early on, I began helping residents within a local HOA with small repairs and maintenance needs. By consistently showing up, doing quality work, and taking care of the property like it was my own, I earned the trust of the community. That trust eventually led to referrals from property managers, and today we provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for property management companies overseeing thousands of units across hundreds of locations.

A large part of our work today focuses on commercial property maintenance in the Denver area. We help property managers and building owners keep their properties running smoothly with reliable repairs, preventative maintenance, tenant service requests, and ongoing building upkeep.

Our goal is simple: handle the small problems quickly and professionally so they don’t turn into bigger and more expensive ones later. In addition to commercial maintenance, we also provide handyman services for homeowners across the Greater Denver area. Whether it’s repairs, improvements, or general home maintenance, we bring the same attention to detail and reliability that our commercial clients depend on.

My background comes from a lifetime of hands-on experience across many trades, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and general construction. Between 2021 and 2023, I completed two full home renovation projects where I handled nearly every aspect of the work — from flooring and drywall to window installation, roofing, HVAC, and plumbing.

Those projects reinforced something I’ve always believed: when you take pride in your work and focus on doing things the right way, people notice.

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated husband and father of two and a Tennessee country boy at heart. My family and I love spending time outdoors camping, boating, fishing, and off-roading.

I also serve on my neighborhood board and enjoy organizing community events that bring neighbors together. When I’m not working on a client’s property, there’s a good chance I’m tinkering on a project at home — because building and fixing things has always been part of who I am.
